Medical Supply Delivery Invoicing and Payment
We use several transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries and cost effectiveness: 1) United Parcel Services (UPS), 2) Commercial Courier, 3) Conway Southern Express, 4) our company vehicles and, when necessary, 5) our sales representatives.

Routine medical supply orders are shipped UPS. They have an excellent track record with our customers. We are also "on-line" with UPS so we are able to provide rapid proof of delivery when requested. Orders whose size and weight are UPS prohibitive are shipped motor freight via Conway Southern Express.

Another service we offer is residential or home deliveries. We have numerous customers that request that we ship directly to their patients' home. For home health customers providing services to rest home residents, we can ship to the facility while invoicing the agency. Packing lists with those shipments identifies which resident receives which products.
Generally, we invoice our customers following the shipment of an order. For example, if a customer orders a box of syringes today, we'll ship it today, run an invoice in the afternoon and mail it the next business day. The invoice reflects the packing list number, item(s) ordered and shipped, pricing, taxes and freight charges where applicable.

Customers using our "Charge and Order System" (COS) have the option of receiving invoices by order or monthly. Unlike normal invoicing, the monthly COS invoicing actually gives you extended payment terms. For example, you can use the product for up to 30 days before you are invoiced, then you have 30 days to pay for it; therefore, you have 60 day terms.
